I’ve spent my career inside large organizations: leading global research, building teams across continents, and making decisions with incomplete information and real consequences. Technology landed in the middle of all of that.

What I noticed is that the hardest part is rarely the code. It’s the gap between a great idea and a working tool your team can actually use. Generic software almost fits, consultants disappear after the deck, and internal teams are already stretched thin.

So my work looks like a real product partnership: I sit with you, map your workflow, build a first version you can click around, and then keep it running. Slower than a pitch, and far more useful than another slide.
